Becoming ACE certified is more than a credential; it's a commitment to excellence. Now equipped with in-depth knowledge and practical skills, I'm dedicated to guiding individuals on their fitness journey with personalized, effective, and safe training programs.

As a certified First Aid and CPR responder within the fitness environment, I'm equipped to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals during in-person training sessions. This certification underscores my commitment to fostering a secure and health-conscious fitness environment.
